How to Register

  • Send an Email to the Sports Office to notify the Director you are putting a team in and are sending the registration in with league Fees.
  • Leave Name, Number, The Sport, and the Division you would like to play in.
  • See below to download Team Roster
  • Managers Fill out the Team Roster form, complete with Signatures of each player, Emails, Phone Numbers, and Managers Address
  • Make Check Payable to LA CANADA REC. LEAGUES and mail with registration to:

             PO Box 1443
             La Canada CA. 91012
  • Rules and Regulations will be E-mailed (New Teams Only) after payment is received

    • Managers:

  • You will receive League Schedule, Rules and Regulation via E-mail.
  • Schedules will be posted on website as soon as they are available.
  • Managers have up to the third week of scheduled games to make changes to team roster.
